01. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Art e Craft Studio (“Art e Craft”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for design services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

02. Our Services

Art e Craft provides creative services including but not limited to brand identity, illustration, packaging and print design, motion graphics, animation, and web design.

03. Statements Of Work

Each project begins with a Statement of Work (SOW) that sets out scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and fees.

04. Fees & Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we invoice 50 percent on signing and 50 percent on final delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.

05. Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables. On full payment of all fees, we assign to you the copyright in the final approved deliverables.

Portfolio display. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio and on social media unless an NDA in writing states otherwise.

06. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely briefs, approvals, and brand assets.

07. Confidentiality

We treat your confidential information with care and will never share your unreleased work or sensitive business data with third parties.

08. Warranties & Disclaimers

We perform our services with professional care and skill reasonably expected of an experienced studio.

09. Limitation Of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the specific engagement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice, with fees payable for all work completed up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
